* 1-2 Prenatal Visits (We will go over your knowledge of the birthing process, discuss options available to you, practice positions and comfort techniques, create a labor and birth wish list as well as a plan,
answer any questions you may have and do a dry run of the big day)
* Optional attendance to one of your prenatal Dr./ Midwife appointments, preferably the day of the "birth plan meeting."
* 24 hour on-call availability 3 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date for when labor starts, along with backup doula's if necessary.
* I am available to you for questions, concerns, and referrals via email or phone.
* Access to a lending library of a variety of birthing, nursing, and baby care books
* Continuous labor support and assistance for you and your birth team, at your home, hospital, or birth center from the beginning of your labor to up to 4 hours postpartum.

* Postpartum Visit...More then the traditional postpartum visit to recap the events of the birth. This includes up to 4 hours of postpartum support for the family with breastfeeding help, tips on newborn care, meal preparation, simple house cleaning, sibling support, and addressing any concerns with appropriate referrals if necessary.
* CD of your labor and delivery proofs

* Prenatal Visit - At this time we will discuss the circumstances surrounding your delivery as well as address any fears or concerns. We will work out a best case scenario of how you would like the day to unfold as well as a game plan of how I can assist you in adjusting to unforeseen circumstances.
* 24 hour on-call availability up to 3 weeks before your EDD in the event that labor begins before your selected delivery date.
* I am available to you for questions, concerns, and referrals via email or phone both before and after the delivery of your baby.
* I will be present with you the morning of the scheduled delivery. All hospitals, providers, etc. are different when it comes to policy as to whether I can accompany you into the delivery room with your spouse or other partner. It is very rare that I have not been able to accompany my clients, but in the event I am not allowed into the delivery room I will be present and awaiting your arrival into the recovery room and be there as a continuous support for up to 4 hours after the delivery.
* I will photograph and or video as much as you wish of the events of your delivery and your first moments with the your newborn.

As a trained professional with 15 years of experience, I do ask fair compensation for my services. I truly value the positive benefits of doula care, and do not want financial hardships to make those services inaccessible to mothers who desire them yet cannot afford it.
Should you find my fee unaffordable, I am willing to discuss alternate options with you such as trade possibilities, payment plans, and a gift registry for your baby shower.
The prices below are based on a sliding scale. You determine the services you want and how much you can afford as well as the value of such services.
